About Us
I have lived on a farm all of my life and have always had horses. I have long wanted to train a horse, but never knew where to start. My parents gave me a beautiful filly, Mousse, four years ago and I decided that I wanted to train her myself. I started at the library by renting the John Lyons Symposium. I watched the tapes a few times and tried out some of the techniques (but I didn't have a round pen.) This prompted me to keep looking at how other trainers work with their horses. I found Parelli's Seven Games, and it has been pivotal in my success at training Mousse. I am still a novice, but I continue to research other trainers online and employing their techniques as I learn how to play with my horse.
Before I had my daughter Gracie two years ago, I was a full-time professional massage therapist. I still provide massage on occasion to my regular customers, but with a child it makes scheduling a nightmare. I am an advocate for massage as preventive health care and way to maintain current health. I encourage you to check out my massage therapy website.
I have also started making information websites for friends and family. If you are in need of some web presence for an economical price, go to my web design site.

I will continue to be a student and learning about natural horsemanship, natural body care, homesteading and self-sufficiency and noting my journeys along the way.
Thanks,
Jen
