This collar is approximately 1 1/4 in wide (6 strings), best suited for large sized dog.

These collars are really nice, super durable, and do not become stiff with age. Our dogs run through the woods of N. Georgia and W. NC and they showed no sign of wear. A quick trip through the washer and they were good as new. Our dogs also play tug of war with each others collars. We had went through a few before we purchased one of these for each. A year later, they still do not show any sign of wear. The d-ring and buckle are super durable too. These collars are made to last!
