This modified rope halter/bitless bridle is perfect for trail rides, just snap on your reins and go. Go from training to riding without the hassle of more tack.
This halter/bridle is hand-tied from quality 1/4 in double braided black polyester yacht rope. All knots are properly tied using the double overhand knot and the Fiador knot. I have also woven paracord (solid gold is pictured) around the noseband for a softer feel for the horse and a pleasing look to us. You can also request to have a spiral weaved Stacy Westfall noseband instead. Rope halters are a popular training aid so riding in one is natural. Some people feel that a rope halter provides clearer communication with the horse compared to a leather or web halter, so they learn to give to pressure much faster.
