I work very hard on the halters, leads and all the other items I sell.

I promise to make and ship the items in a reasonable amount of time.

If there will be any delays, for any reason it will be posted on this site and I will be sure to let you know via email.

I accept credit card payments, or you can pay with PayPal.

I will always ship items via USPS, most orders are shipped Priority Mail and all will have delivery confirmation for tracking.

If there are any questions as to what size item needs to be ordered, please contact me via email or the contact form and I will help you fit your horse.

Because everything is custom made to order, I will not accept returns unless I shipped you the wrong item.

This is my own home-based business and I am very proud and pleased to have it, I feel my products are quality and my customers are the reason I am here.

I will consider shipping international on a case by case basis.
